Load-sensing System

The load-sensing system of the excavator perfectly matched and balanced the engine and the main pump. It provides precise flow, fuel-efficient, simple, and reliable oil supply from a single pump. And yet meeting the requirements of multiple circuits and actuators with different flows and pressures.

-Savings in hydraulic oil usage.

-High efficiency and low power loss.

-Fuel savings and low heat generation in the hydraulic system.

Double Pump Converging

A double pump converging system increases the main valve’s flow rate to the boom, bucket, and bucket cylinders. It increases the working speed, making the main pump’s output power match the working load. Thus, increasing the efficiency of the hydraulic system by 5%.

It is highly recommended for crushing hammer attachment.

Buffer Cylinder

Buffer cylinder is a crucial component of an excavator. It ensures the smooth operation of piston rods. The buffer cylinder slows down the speed of piston rods and prevents impact. It protects the mechanical equipment within the excavator and reduces noise levels.

The buffer cylinder acts as a safeguard, absorbing the excessive force that would otherwise be shifted to the excavator. Avoid causing further damage. At the same time, the buffer cylinder enhances the overall efficiency and functionality of the excavator. Ensuring precise and controlled movements.

Auto Idle Stop

The auto idle stop feature will initiate after 5 seconds of inactivity. It reduces fuel consumption and improves the longevity of your excavator.

Entering a resting mode when the machine is not in use, this function helps conserve fuel and extend the engine’s lifespan. In fact, it can lower fuel consumption by approximately 6% and increase the overall engine life by around 12%.

Structural Design Optimization

We represent you with the cross-section shape of the track frame to minimize soil buildup and wear and tear on the sprocket wheel. Besides that, we increased the track chain’s thickness by 10%.

Proper lubrication should be applied to the supporting and carrier wheels to ensure smooth operation. Furthermore, we enlarged the size of the drag chain wheels for better performance. Last, we use a new high-strength alloy steel rolling type for three-tooth track plates. It eventually extends the lifespan of your excavator by 8%.

Electrical Parts Protection Classes

The electrical parts in our excavators have been carefully designed with IP65 waterproof, three-guard plugs, and connectors.

All electrical components are protected against dust, water, and other potentially damaging elements. As a result, the life span of all electrical parts is extended by an impressive 80%.

This advanced technology not only enhances the longevity of your excavator but also provides added peace of mind. Knowing that the electrical parts are well-protected even in challenging environments.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the most important excavator parts and their functions?

Some important features determine the excavator’s productivity and performance.

Boom and arm. The excavator’s boom and arm lift and move heavy objects. They connect to the bucket to control the excavation depth and precision.

Hydraulic cylinders. It provides force for various movements by extending and retracting to control arm movements.

Hydraulic Pump. Utilize hydraulic fluid to power the excavator’s movements and attachments.

Swing Motor. Enables 360-degree rotation without repositioning the entire machine.
Undercarriage. Supports the excavator and allows for movement with tracks or wheels.

How does a hydraulic system work?

An excavator’s hydraulic system uses oil to transmit power and control movement. It starts with a pump pressurizing the oil and circulating it throughout the system. The oil is stored in a reservoir and drawn into the pump, which is pressurized. It is then sent through hoses to different parts of the excavator.

The high-pressure oil is directed to cylinders with pistons that can move back and forth. Valves controlled by the operator regulate the oil flow to the cylinders, allowing the operator to control the machine’s movements.
