At YUFAN Machinery, customer satisfaction is crucial. Our commitment extends to our machine parts exchange and refund. We aim to get your machine back up and running with minimal downtime.
-Custom-made items to order (MTO) typically cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
-YUFAN Machinery will replace machines, parts, or attachments that show defects in materials or workmanship for one year. *YUFAN reserves the right to determine whether a unit will be repaired or replaced.
Machine Exchange and Refund
We are delighted to replace machines that exhibit defects or damage. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@yufanmachinery.com, or contact your sales manager. You will need to bear the shipping costs for returning the machine. Unless the YUFAN team agrees under a warranty claim or due to a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returning higher-value items, it’s advisable to use a shipping service with tracking or opt for shipping insurance. we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned machines. Refunds will only be issued after the machine has been successfully returned and inspected by YUFAN Machinery.


Parts Exchange and Refund

We will replace parts if there is a proven manufacturing defect or damage. We will ship out brand-new parts in three days. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the machine unless the YUFAN team agrees under a warranty claim or due to a manufacturing defect. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
