The key distinction between them is the presence of “H” in the model name, which represents the high-end series(EC series).

– UC Series (Standard Models):

– EC Series (High-End Models):

>The “H” in the model name signifies high-end, or EC series excavators.

For example, let’s take YFT35 as an illustration. In this case, we have both a high-end and a standard 3.5-ton excavator:

– YFT35 (Standard Model):
· This excavator has an actual weight of 3.7 tons.

· It comes with a Changchai engine and provides the option to install a Yanmar engine (EPA-compliant).

– YFT35H (High-End Model):

· This model weighs 3.8 tons.

· It features a Kubota D1703 engine, ensuring powerful performance. Additionally, we offer OEM customization for customers with preferences for other engine brands.

Compact or mini excavators are among the most commonly used excavators. Because they are designed for most excavation work, they range in size from mini excavators to large, heavy excavators.

The 3.5 ton excavator is the right size for small to medium-sized jobs that require moving or digging through dirt, sand, gravel, rocks, and rubble. These machines, such as foundation repair, are ideal for work within limited space.

Mini excavators are commonly used in a majority of projects currently. Excavators larger than 10 tons and less than 45 tons belong to the standard designation.
