For example, models like YFT10 and YFT12 can be optimally packed with a 20ft container of up to 8 units. A 40ft container can hold an impressive 16 units.
We also offer modular disassembly solutions. Machines are expertly divided into four major components: the body, boom, arm, and bucket.
These components are secured on robust steel racks. Each steel rack can efficiently house two machines. A standard 40ft container can carry 16 steel racks, equivalent to 32 compact machinery.

1. Under CIF terms, although destination port charges are the buyer’s responsibility, we strive to prevent unreasonable charges at the destination port. Whether it’s LCL or FCL shipments, we clarify destination port fee standards with freight forwarders when obtaining quotes. We will also provide you with this information for reference. The process will be transparent.
2. We always protect your legal rights. Excessive charges may stem from port agents and shipping companies collaborating to overcharge. If you have concerns about excessive charges, our advice is to consider legal action. For example, send a lawyer’s letter to the terminal’s responsible person.
YUFAN supports direct shipping from the factory. Here’s information about delivery times:
> For Standard Excavators (0.8 tons to 3 tons), we deliver within 15 working days.
> For Premium Excavator Models. These machines have more extended booms and engines that impact production cycles.
We recommend timely coordination with our procurement team. If the delivery time doesn’t meet your requirements, we’re more than willing to recommend alternative machines tailored to your specific usage scenarios.
YUFAN Machinery offers two types of air conditioning units for the YFT18 cab. One is integrated into the cab’s roof. And another consists of separate indoor and outdoor units. The air conditioning unit must be dismantled during packaging when installed on the cab’s roof. In contrast, the split-unit air conditioning does not require disassembly and can be packaged directly.
Certainly, we offer Certificates of Origin (Form E) to assist in reducing import tariffs for you.
Form E is a crucial trade document that verifies the origin of goods and the identity of the exporter. It enhances credibility, expedites customs clearance, and mitigates the risk of goods being detained or returned.
The maximum quantity of YUFAN mini excavators that can be loaded in a 20ft container is as follows:
