How does the the hydraulic system works?
Currently, YFT600H is the largest hydraulic excavator we have.
An excavator’s hydraulics use hydraulic oil that gets pumped by the engine. The hydraulic oil is sent to different parts of the excavator through valves controlled by the operator. These parts include the excavator arm, bucket, and the wheels or tracks that make the machine move.
The operator can make these parts move by using levers or buttons in the cab. For example, they can make the arm go up or down, and the bucket movements. They can also make the machine turn forward or backward.
The excavator hydraulic system drives and controls the movement of the machine through the system of hydraulic oil, pump, and control valve.
What kind of tests do you conduct when the vehicle is finished?

At YUFAN, we conduct three major tests during the manufacturing process.

The first one is the performance test. Every piece of equipment is expected to reach the highest performance and productivity. We test it until it reaches the highest indicator under each category. Engine power, rotation speed, running speed, lifting and loading, the movement of bucket and boom, etc. And including all the functionalities in the cabin.

The second one is the durability test. We test the equipment long enough to ensure it has the strength and reliability to handle all the complex tasks under different situations.

Last but not least, parts and components test. We test parts exchange steps, ensuring they are easy to replace and user-friendly.

What sizes of excavators do you sell?

At YUFAN, we mainly have two collections. One is the Ultra Compact series, mostly for small business owners and home users. It ranges from 1 ton to 5 ton. The other is High-end earthmoving and construction excavators. It ranges from 1.5 tons up to 60 tons.

Anyway, if you require a specific size we don’t carry now, just let us know, and we’ll try to source it.

What about your warranty policy?

Do you need special training to drive them?
