1. Insufficient or degraded hydraulic oil:
Lack of hydraulic oil or degraded quality can cause sluggish and weak movements. This often occurs when the excavator has not undergone maintenance for an extended period.
2. Low pilot pressure:
Damage to the pilot pump or clogging of the pilot filter can lead to inadequate pilot pressure. This results in the inability to fully open the control valve lever for handles or foot pedal control. Finally, it causes slow and weak movements.
3. Wear on the main relief valve:
The wear on the main relief valve affects the overall machine. The main relief valve controls the main relief pressure of the entire vehicle. Any wear or sticking can impact all movements.
4. Plunger wear in the hydraulic pump:
Plunger wear not only causes slow and weak movements but can also lead to elevated hydraulic oil temperatures.
